Earlier this year Bowman Systems asked a number of customers to participate in a ServicePoint 4.04 Work Group. Our goal with this Work Group was to rank and prioritize our user-submitted Feature Enhancement Requests to ensure that those Requests most desired by our customers would receive the most attention, and consequently will be available in the upcoming release of ServicePoint 4.04. The principle improvements in the ServicePoint 4.04 release focus on workflow. We have made major changes to the Service Transaction area, both for a single transaction and for multiple services. You will also find numerous improvements to processes involving households—for example, we have added the ability to apply assessment responses to multiple family members simultaneously—and user navigation has been simplified. We will publish detailed 4.04 Release Notes as we near the release date.

Here at Bowman Systems our fundamental commitment to you has always been to continuously improve our products & services, and we are certain that you will be pleased with ServicePoint 4.04.

Thank you for your continued support of ServicePoint.
