Bowman Systems, LLC is seeking a Trainer/Implementation Specialist for our Web Based software training team which administers training to users of the Bowman Systems Client Tracking and Case Management system. This position will require on-site training for our family of customers and therefore travel will be necessary. It will also involve providing telephone training/support to end users, support to the Bowman Systems staff, and assistance with curriculum/training material development.
This position requires strong interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, coupled with a patient, ego-less approach to customer support and troubleshooting. Excellent written communication is also required, as well as proficiency in the use of personal computers and various software applications. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have a well disciplined / organized approach to time and task management, and exhibit qualities that illustrate a dedication to quality and complete customer satisfaction.

Education and Typical Years of Experience
Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related training/support experience.
Required Qualifications
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with classroom training experience, preferably computer based
Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Knowledge of instructional design process and adult learning principles, or equivalent relevant experience
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
Organized, goal oriented, motivated self starter who can work well in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge / Understanding of Social Service Organizations
