ART Standard Report #101: Current System-Wide Profile of Agency Administrators and Executive Directors (Click here for a downloaded PDF summary of this ART Report)
This ART Report lists all Agency Administrators and Executive Directors specified within the ServicePoint System as current ServicePoint Users. The “Detailed Information” portion of this report creates a system-wide “contact list” of local agencies, their Service Administrators, and their Executive Directors. This ART Report is meant to be used by ServicePoint System Administrators (or other authorized Agency staff granted ART-Viewer/ART-Adhoc licenses), and we recommend that Agencies run this ART Report once every 3-4 months to check that system data is as up-to-date as possible, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local monthly maintenance checks (where appropriate).

This System-wide Profile of Active ServicePoint Users Report lists all individuals specified within the ServicePoint System as current ServicePoint Users. The Details Section(s) has a breakdown of Active ServicePoint Users sorted by corresponding Agency (or Service Provider). This ART Report is meant to be used by ServicePoint System Administrators (or other authorized Agency staff granted ART-Viewer/ART-Adhoc licenses), and we recommend that Agencies run this ART Report once every 3-4 months to check that User data is as up-to-date as possible, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local monthly maintenance checks (where appropriate).

This System-wide Profile of Users’ ServicePoint System Activity Report creates a comprehensive list of all ServicePoint Users’ Recent Activity. The Details Section(s) has a breakdown of Users’ Inactivity sorted by various time periods. This Report is meant to be used by ServicePoint System Administrators (or other authorized Agency staff granted ART-Viewer/ART-Adhoc licenses), and we recommend that Agencies run this ART Report once every 3-4 months to check that User data is as up-to-date as possible, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local monthly maintenance checks (where appropriate).

ART Standard Report #111: Profile of Providers’ ServicePoint Security Restriction & Exception Settings (Click here for a downloaded PDF summary of this ART Report)
This ART Report creates a comprehensive list of all ServicePoint Providers’ Security Restriction & Exception Settings. Current Default Restrictions and Exceptions for all static items and assessments listed on Providers’ ServicePoint profiles are included in this report. The default sections have a breakdown of each Providers’ Open and Closed Exceptions, sorted by assessment name. This report is to be run in conjunction with scheduled annual system clean-up, and whenever a complete list of all ServicePoint Providers’ Security Restrictions & Exceptions settings needs to be generated quickly. This report should be run anytime an Agency or Program reports “missing” data, or a general inability to see the records that are known to have been correctly entered into the ServicePoint database. It is recommended that System Administrators and Agency Administrators run this System-Wide Profile of Providers’ ServicePoint Security Restriction & Exception Settings Report at least once per year. We recommend that Agencies run the Report once every 3-4 months to check that ServicePoint Users are correctly sharing data with other Agencies/Programs, that the way data is being shared (i.e.-Security Settings) is up-to-date and complies with all agreed upon policies, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local annual maintenance checks (where appropriate).
 
 
ART Standard Report #112: Profile of Providers’ ServicePoint Assessment Administration Settings (Click here for a downloaded PDF summary of this ART Report)

This ART Report creates a comprehensive list of all ServicePoint Providers’ Assessment Administration Settings. Current Administration Settings for all Assessments listed on Providers’ ServicePoint Profiles are listed within this report. The Details Sections have a breakdown of each Assessment Administration Setting, sorted by Assessment name and Provider/Agency/Program name. This report is to be run in conjunction with scheduled annual system clean-up, and whenever a complete list of all ServicePoint Providers’ Assessment Administration Settings needs to be generated quickly. This report should be run anytime an Agency or Program reports “missing” data, or a general inability to see the records that are known to have been correctly entered into the ServicePoint database. It is recommended that System Administrators and Agency Administrators run this System-Wide Profile of Providers’ ServicePoint Assessment Administration Settings Report at least once per year to check that ServicePoint Users are correctly viewing and completing necessary Assessments, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local annual maintenance checks (where appropriate).
