Bowman Systems' Professional Services Group is comprised of former ServicePoint System Administrators, whom have a variety of backgrounds/specialties and real-world experience in:

  • Industrial Psychology
  • Industrial Design
  • Workflow Management
  • End User experience with the Bowman Systems Product Suite

We offer training on-site with our customers, regionally coordinated trainings to groups, webinar training services and also welcome customers to visit us by scheduling training in our corporate office.  Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • System Administrator Training for each product in the Bowman Suite
  • End User Training
  • Module Specific Training within ServicePoint
  • Report Training, including custom report creation using ART Business Objects
  • Understanding Reports Training for ServicePoint Provider and Gallery Reports
  • Data Quality Training for Administrators and End Users

Our Consultants also serve as on-site software Trainers and regularly attend Quarterly User Summits to learn from and share with End Users Best Practices for system utilization.
