The Consultants offer both on-site and off-site consulting services that include (but are not limited to):

• Optimization of system design and configuration
• Interactive evaluation of an implementation's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Managerial guidance for using Advisory Councils and setting policies and procedures
• Assistance in understanding operational issues (such as open vs. closed records)

Our Consultants also serve as on-site software Trainers and regularly attend Quarterly User Summits to learn from and share with End Users Best Practices for system utilization.
