ActivityPoint allows you to create a wide variety of activity types through one simple interface.  The flexible activity structure allows for single session activities to those with hundreds of sessions; activities limited to only your organization or those open to all providers in your implementation; activities with open enrollment or activities with specific enrollment moderators; and any combination of the above.

Simple Client Enrollment to Activities

Quickly enroll clients already in the system or create and add new clients to an activity without leaving the module.  Wait Lists are available for activity overflow.  Integrated print functionality provides quick printing ability of up-to-date enrollment lists.  Client enrollment to an activity also has its own data security settings, providing any preferred level of activity privacy.

Efficiently track client attendance for one or multiple sessions with convenient Mark All options.  See up-to-date client attendance statistics for an entire enrollment list and monitor attendance for enrolled activities on each individual client’s profile.

Informative Volunteer Profiles and Targeted Volunteer Searches

Volunteer profiles can be used to track both individual volunteers and/or groups of volunteers.  Profiles contain contact information, volunteer permissions, volunteer interests, interest expiration (if applicable), and a comprehensive volunteer history which lists all activities and hours worked by the volunteer.  ActivityPoint gives you the ability to quickly search for and find those volunteers who are interested in a specific program or those who are qualified for activities with strict volunteer requirements.

Volunteer Time Tracking

Easily track a volunteer’s time spent with your organization through individual class sessions or events.  After an activity session, ActivityPoint allows you to quickly generate and print individual volunteer time sheets requiring no additional data entry.  In addition, each volunteer’s profile is equipped with a printable, comprehensive volunteer time history.
