IRis 4.0 contains built-in templates for creating standard reports, custom reports, and dashboard reports. Reports have a variety of output methods including PDF, MS Excel, HTML, and image. Send reports to the printed or to a recipient via email without leaving IRis or opening another application.
Standard Reports Reports requested by customers like you as those most useful in discovering Contact and Call trends and in operating an I&R/A service.
Dashboard Reports Gives the user a point-in-time statistical report of call center activities presented in a graphical one-page format.
Custom Reports Users with little to no programming experience may build reports using a simple walk-through tab format interface. Statistics and data lists may be pulled from any table and consist of both standard and user-defined fields. Users with programming experience may write and run SQL statements from within IRis. Formatting and layouts may be designed in IRis, or may be exported to MS Excel. Data may be extracted directly from SQL to a third-party reporting program, such as Crystal Reports.
