    Service Provider resource records are created and organized into a database according to the AIRS recommended data structure: Agency-Site-Service. Service records may be created via the AIRS/2-1-1 Taxonomy, or a customer-created list of keywords. Once a service provider record is entered into IRis, it may then be found when searches are performed, or exported to optional add-on products such as Publications/Directories, eDirectories, websites, and mobile device apps.

Use this IRis 4.0 feature to export your service provider information to Microsoft Word. Automatically creates indices based on taxonomy or keyword services.

XML Data-Sharing Utility (AIRS compliant) >

Export all or portions of your resource data to the approved AIRS XML format. IRis 4.0 supports AIRS XSD version 3.0. The resulting flat file can be used by other products and services; such as, the CommunityPoint iPhone app, a shared statewide website, or third-party vendor products.
