  • Complete Content Management System

    Even without the "search-for-housing" capability, the HousingPoint Content Management System functions as a complete engine where you can customize and expand the creation of your website. Administrators can alter the layout of the site, create and publish any number of pages or articles, and install tools and modules, such as calendars, news flashes, photo galleries, registers, polls, surveys, and more.

  • Paid for by the HEARTH Act

    The Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act (HEARTH) brings with it a near-doubling of Formula funding. This new funding encompasses expanded activities including homelessness prevention and its associated expenditures and administrative costs. The HEARTH act calls for and funds for housing locating services. As a web-accessible housing locator, HousingPoint is a perfect opportunity to capitalize on this new funding and helps your continuum to better serve your community.

  • Automatic Filter for Discriminatory Language

    HousingPoint comes with a default library of banned or discriminatory phrases. The sensor screens all content added to the system for public display (such as property descriptions, photo captions, etc.) and preemptively identifies these phrases to prevent them from being published in any context. System administrators also have the ability to edit the list of banned phrases.

Editable Geographic Territories >

System Administrators have direct control over the geographic areas that are included in their implementation of HousingPoint. The system will automatically reject any attempt to list a property not within the territories defined by the System Administrators.

There is no limit to the number of properties that mangers can list and all are free of cost.

HousingPoint provides a simple step-by-step guide to listing a property as well as intuitive tools for editing, updating, and messaging. Also included are automatic reminders issued by the system to help managers keep their listing up-to-date.
