Public user accounts are free to create.  Clients looking for services and case managers alike will find the additional functionality provided by public user accounts very useful.

Once the user has performed a search, resources can be quickly selected from the results set and added to a resource group.  As the user continues to search and obtain results sets, their resource groups are consistently displayed as the user navigates throughout the site for quick access.

Public users do not need a public user account to perform searches, view resource profile information, or send resource profile information via email or SMS text message.
