What are the different components of CommunityPoint?The web application- serves as the public interface, and resource database- managed through an administrative interface. Customers who create websites around CommunityPoint also have an additional interface to manage website content. 4. How soon can my agency/organization implement CommunityPoint?The application can be set up in just a few days. The process includes: populating the database with information and referral data- which can be entered manually by users at each agency- or importing data through a batch process from another database. For those communities with a ServicePoint installation, CommunityPoint will utilize ResourcePoint data, therefore requiring no additional data entry. 5.
