Once a user has logged into their public user account, they are able to utilize the ability to update and verify resource profile information. Administrators can use this time saving functionality to allow resources to update their own information. If all resource information is correct, the user can simply select “Verify information” from the resource profile, and an administrator will be notified of the verification via the "Approval Bin". If there is a change to be made to the resource profile, users can simply select “Report incorrect information” from the resource profile, edit the profile information as necessary, and submit the updated information for review. Administrators can then review the requested changes in an Approval Bin within the administrative interface and approve or deny the request. Each Approval Bin request is displayed with the name of the requesting public user, the email address of the user, and the request date and time. |
