ART Standard SuperNOFA Reports: Exhibit 1 Reports
The 2007 NOFA reporting requirements included a number of reports that were based on information usually contained within the HMIS (ServicePoint). Until the 2008 NOFA is released, we at Bowman do not know the final reporting requirements, however, if the 2008 reporting requirements are similar to last year, the following ART Standard Reports can be used to easily gather aggregate numbers:
Exhibit 1 reports:
Section K Part 1 – household type/size
Section K part 2 – subpopulations
Section M HMIS records entered by year
Section M5 data completeness
Housing Inventory Chart/bed counts
(PLEASE NOTE: In order for this report to work properly, additional data is required to be entered into ServicePoint.)
These ART Standard Reports will be made available to all accounts that request them, and will be available at no charge.
