We've got another great menu of intense three day sessions that will get new system administrators up-to-speed, revolutionize reporting skills, and generally provide more skills and knowledge in three days than any other training experience.

Introduction to ServicePoint System Administration

Learn to administrate like a pro.

This comprehensive, fast paced 3 full day training session will cover the user role of System Administrator II in ServicePoint, it will include an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the administrator, provider and user configuration, system-wide preferences, settings and administration, and a review of the most common end user workflow recommendations.

Advanced ServicePoint System Administration

Take your skills to the next level.

This 2 full day training session is meant for skilled System Admin that has been doing System Admin work for at least a year. This comprehensive, fast paced training session will cover the user role of System Administrator II in ServicePoint, it will include: provider and user configuration, system-wide preferences, settings and administration, and a review of the most common end user workflow recommendations.

ESG CAPER and APR in ServicePoint

Get up to speed on these new reports.

New versions of both the ESG CAPER and CoC APR have been released by HUD in recent months. This session will review the changes, new requirements, and recommendations for report runs/data quality.

System Performance Measure Report Series

Get up to speed on these new reports.

This session will provide a background of the HEARTH ACT which requires that each CoC report on Homeless System Performance Measures. This will include a review of each measure, required data elements and basic calculation methodology. Users will also learn how to access and run the reports in the ART Gallery.

Federal Partners - RHY, SSVF, and PATH

Become a RHY, SSVF, and PATH expert.

This session will provide updates about the various Federal Partners Projects, proper ServicePoint setup, and discussion about Workflows and Reporting.

Chronic Homeless Session

What you need to know about the new definition.

In January of 2016 a new definition of Chronic Homeless was published by HUD. This session will review the new requirements, data elements used to determine whether an individual/household is Chronically Homeless and demonstrate the HUD recommended methods for making these calculations.

Running Reports - View Mode and Canned

Refine your reporting skills.

This session is intended to help users better understand how to run our Canned Reports and specific older and newer ART Gallery Reports and their purpose.

Booking Deadline

Reservation Deadline is Friday, April 8th, 2016. We will not be able to guarantee any rooms at the Bootcamp rate beyond this date. Although we do our best to reserve our attendees as many rooms as possible, rooms are first-come first served.

Workstation Rental

Bring your own workstation. However, if you are unable to secure a laptop, you may rent one from the venue at a rate of $225/day. If you would like to rent a laptop from the venue, please email us.
