Operation Stand Down 2011 was a success this year! Not only did we get to help out those in our local community, but we also had a great time. Several new services were added to the event this year; including, free hearing exams, haircuts, eye exams and more. For the fourteenth year, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center has offered veterans and others in the community the opportunity to receive free services. The event served 598 Veterans and those in need this year. We can't wait for the next Operation Stand Down!
