Robert Bowman -- President, serves the community and region in a number of capacities. After some years on the Board of Directors of the Volunteers of America of Northwest Louisiana, a locally-governed and locally-managed affiliate of one of the nation's oldest, largest and most diversified faith-based charities, Mr. Bowman has recently been elected to serve as board chair. VOA of Northwest Louisiana touches the lives of thousands in need by helping inner-city kids in Shreveport, people with mental illness in Alexandria, and Early Head Start services in Monroe. Mr. Bowman also serves on the Board of Directors on the Louisiana State University In Shreveport Foundation. Andrew Twyman -- Chief Operating Officer, served as a member of the VOA of North Louisiana Board of Directors for 3 years. Josh Johnson -- Vice President, Customer Relations, has been a board member of Hope for the Homeless for the past year. Hope for the Homeless exists to address the housing and service needs of the homeless that will effectively transition them from homelessness to permanent and/or permanent supported housing and self-sufficiency. James (Jamie) Muller -- Vice President, Account Development & Marketing, has been involved in many leadership roles with non-profit social services organizations for the the past 37 years. He is a licensed social worker and longtime member of the National Association of Social Workers. He is also a founding member of the National Human Services Data Consortium, and currently is an officer on the Board of Directors. Gabe Cate -- Vice President, Business Development, serves on the Human Services XML Work Group of the National Human Services Data Consortium, a national initiative to develop and implement a human services data standard of exchanging client level information across disparate systems. Mr. Cate, along with Bowman Systems' colleagues Patrick McCrary and Vanessa Pacheco, also served on the Coordinated Assistance Network's Disaster Client Data Standard project, which developed a standard data format for exchanging disaster-related client data in immediate response to a disaster or other emergency. Charlton Meyer -- Senior Customer Support Specialist, has served on the Board of Directors for Hope for the Homeless since 2009, where he has spent time with the Outreach team in assisting the homeless clients of Hope. Charlton serves about 5-8 hours per month volunteering for Hope for the Homeless. Charlton serves on the HMIS Committee and the Committee to bring the 2011 Louisiana State Homeless Conference to Shreveport in October 2011. He is also on the "Operation Stand Down" Committee and is in charge of organizing the volunteers from Bowman Systems to participate in data entry for HMIS during the two-day event, held annually at the beginning of each year. Richard Rowell -- Programmer, has volunteered with the Cannonsburg Challenged Ski Association [www.skiccsa.org] for 6 years, and now serves as a member of the Board of Directors for his second year. His volunteer duties include training new volunteers, instructing disabled students, maintaining the organization's website and volunteer/student database, organizing events, and much more. Richard has poured 150+ hours into the organization each year since becoming a member of the board.
