Joey Flannery Promoted to Client Support Manager

 
Shreveport, LABowman Systems is pleased to announce that Joey Flannery has been promoted to Client Support Manager.  In his new role, Flannery will manage the Customer Support team and will manage and refine the processes that facilitate ongoing support activities.  He will report to Josh Johnson, VP of Client Services.
 
Flannery has regularly proven himself capable of providing Bowman Systems’ clients with superior support through an in-depth knowledge of ServicePoint and a strong work ethic.  His patience and rigorous problem solving has been noted by many customers.  He is dedicated to our customers and to insuring their satisfaction.
 
Originally from Dallas, TX, Joey Flannery’s past experiences include educational technology, training, instructional design, and web design.  He is currently enrolled in the Computer Science program at LSU Shreveport.
