This HUD-40118 APR: Data Completeness Report lists multiple system-wide percentages of completion for required ServicePoint data elements included in the required HUD-40118 Annual Progress Report (APR). This ART report is meant to be used by ServicePoint System Administrators (or other authorized Agency staff granted ART-Viewer/ART-Adhoc licenses) in conjunction with the ServicePoint HUD-40118 Annual Progress Report (APR). We recommend that Agencies run this ART Report once per month to check that their ServicePoint system data is as up-to-date as possible, and that the Report is run in conjunction with other local monthly maintenance checks (where appropriate).
