Bowman Systems, LLC seeks an Implementation Coordinator for new customer implementations of the Bowman Systems Client Tracking and Case Management system. We view appropriate coordination and support for new client Implementations as one of the most critical roles in our company, and as such, we require a dedicated professional for this position.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a high level of service from the beginning of the implementation process until the customer has a stable, live system, and they must be able to execute strategies and processes that will benefit both the customer and Bowman Systems.
The person hired for this position will be the primary contact and coordinator of implementation services for new customer implementations, and must be able to answer questions related to operation, configurations, and possible problems, as well as have an ability to know when a problem must be escalated. It is important that this individual can reasonably ensure that requests for customizations and or problems that need to be escalated are ready for further investigation, reducing and narrowly defining the request/issue(s) so that minimum analysis/investigation time is required.
This individual requires strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively. It is also important to have a patient, egoless approach to customer training, support and troubleshooting. Good written communication is also required, as well as proficiency in the use of personal computers and various software applications. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have a well disciplined / organized approach to time and task management, and exhibit qualities that illustrate a dedication to quality and complete customer satisfaction.

Education and Typical Years of Experience
Bachelor degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience working with customers, preferably in a related field.
