ART Standard Report #301: Profile of Clients Served Report – Clients with Service Transaction Records (Click here for a downloaded PDF summary of this ART Report)
ThisART Report gives the reader a complete profile of clients served (for a specific set of chosen ServicePoint Provider Agencies), and summarized the demographic information by: Age Group, Gender, Race, Ethnicity, Homeless Status, Chronically Homeless Status, Veteran Status, Disability, Household Type, recorded Source(s) of Income, and Mainstream Resource(s) received. Only the demographic data contained within client profiles of clients that have an Open Service Transaction record is used to generate this Report. This report consists of three sections (sets of data): (1) an overall summary of clients served – the client demographic profile, (2) a status summary of clients served, and (3) an income-related status summary of clients served. This report does NOT assess the accuracy of the data entered into the ServicePoint system, but rather, tabulates the number of responses to particular assessment questions. System Administrators & Agency Administrators are responsible for double-checking data and making sure that all demographic questions are answered within each client’s profile. Counts are based on the unique alpha-numeric Client ID number, and individual category counts are unduplicated. To get a detailed list of all client ID’s that comprise this summary report, the authorized ART User should also run the ART Standard Report #207. This Report yields a complete picture of a CoC’s clients served population. It is recommended that Agencies run this Report at least once per year, and monthly checks can aide in monitoring seasonal client population trends throughout the year.
