Bowman combines the power of Business Objects’ Enterprise XI with Web Intelligence and ServicePoint to provide a powerful, flexible, and functionally advanced reporting solution.

The Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) is cutting edge over other reporting solutions. Why? Because the user retains their restricted view of data when reporting, the same way their view of data is restricted in the ServicePoint application. Thus all reports are returned to users with the appropriate security in place; only authorized users can generate and view reports.

This fully integrated ART allows ServicePoint users the ability to run more complete and complex queries over the Web, faster and easier, while still retaining the user-level security required by organizations. A System Admin user, for example, might run aggregate demographic reports in a prescribed format for federal funding agencies. Case managers may be more focused on reports showing provider-specific data for funders and for self-evaluation of program efficiencies.

POWERFUL > The ART provides robust reporting capabilities via a data warehouse connected to the live ServicePoint database. Running complex queries against the database is process intensive. By using a data warehouse model, the speed of the “report build” greatly increases productivity while not impacting live system performance.

FLEXIBLE > There are two different User access licenses for the reporting tool:
Adhoc License - This category can generate custom reports and save them for other Users.
Report Viewing License - This category can view reports already created by Adhoc Users.

SECURE > The security established in ServicePoint is carried over to the ART. Users can only view report results for the data they have access to in ServicePoint. To protect your clients’ information, every reporting database is protected by a number of network security measures.

FUNCTIONAL > The ART allows users to create the reports they need using a custom report-building interface. Use the ART to create countless numbers of ServicePoint based reports, including information on client length of stay, service counts, missing data, and much more.

Like your ServicePoint database, there are a variety of database hosting options for your reporting information. You can choose to host your reporting data on a secure Bowman Systems server, or purchase your own separate server and send it to Bowman Systems to monitor, update, and secure.
