Position: Trainer/Implementation Specialist

Description: Bowman Systems, LLC is seeking a Trainer/Implementation Specialist for our Client Services team. The Client Services team is responsible for assisting with new software implementations and training users of the Bowman Systems Product Suite. The candidate will become an expert in our primary software solution, ServicePoint®. This position provides direct service, including on-site training to our customers.  Travel in the United States and Canada will be required. In addition, the candidate will provide telephone and web-based training/support to end users, internal Bowman Systems staff, implementation project management and curriculum/training material development.

This position requires high energy, strong professional, interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, coupled with a patient, ego-less approach to customer support and troubleshooting.  The candidate must have proficiency in the use of personal computers and various software applications as well as the ability to provide technical assistance by telephone, email, and face-to-face contact. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have a well-disciplined, organized approach to time and task management, and exhibit qualities that illustrate a dedication to high touch, quality service and complete customer satisfaction. Experience using ServicePoint®, other web-based data systems, relational databases and/or Business Objects (SAP) is a plus.

Education and Typical Years of Experience:
Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of related training/support experience.

Training: Technical training will be provided.

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with computer based classroom training experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Knowledge of instructional design process and adult learning principles, or equivalent relevant experience
• Fully proficient technically, on current PC operating systems for computer training; with standard office productivity applications.
• Organized, goal oriented, motivated self starter who can work well in a team environment
• Ability to plan travel visits autonomously
• Knowledge / Understanding of Social Service Organizations
• Project Management experience
• Online or web-based training experience
• Experience in use of ServicePoint®, HMIS, or similar online information management or report tool (Business Objects/SQL)
• Ability to independently learn web based software applications

Travel: Up to 75% travel may be required.
